Product Description:
The GE DS200SDCIG2AFB is a DC Power Supply & Instrumentation Board belonging to GE’s Mark V Series—one of the final GE lines integrating patented Speedtronic control technology. As a revised variant of the original DS200SDCIG2 parent board, it retains the standard Mark V assembly style and serves DC2000 drive control systems.
Designed for external exciter use, it handles input voltages up to 600 VAC, delivering logic power and interface circuitry while instrumenting DC motor signals and AC lines. Key hardware includes armature SCR gating driver circuits, motor field power circuits, two user-configurable jumpers (JP1 for MD/MA contactor independence, JP2 for MA contactor dropout time), and contactor drive circuits-----relay K2 as pilot relay, CNPL for 115 VAC MA contactor power, MACPL for 24 VDC MD contactor FET output. Static-sensitive, it requires a grounding strap during handling. For replacement, power off the drive, match jumper settings to the old board, and refer to the GEI-100173 Manual.
